HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
This contest requires participants to become a
'Liker' of 106.5 The Arch, 92.3 WIL or 101 ESPN on Facebook in order to
participate. This is a weekly contest and for purposes of this contest, a Week
is defined as beginning each Monday, at 12:00:01 pm Central Time (CT) and
ending the following Sunday at 9:59:59 pm CT. To enter, after becoming a
'Friend' of 106.5 The Arch, 92.3 WIL or 101 ESPN, visit likelotterystl.com
('Website'), click on the blue 'Click Here to Enter' button on the Website to
receive one entry into the random drawing. To receive additional entries into
any Week's random drawing, simply click the 'Like' button found on the Website
under each business listed. Once you have 'Liked' the business(es), click the
blue 'Click Here to Enter' button to submit the additional entries into that
Week's random drawing. Limit of one (1) entry per business you 'Like' during
any given Week, for a total of up to twenty-five (25) entries per Week.
Limit: One winner per household for any ninety day
period.

HOW TO WIN:
One (1) entry will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received each Week by Hubbard Radio at or around noon of each Monday following the end of any given Week. Winners will be notified by phone/email. Hubbard Radio is not responsible for problems accessing the Website and/or the Facebook website or any other problems which might or might not result from this contest.

PRIZES:
There will be one (1) winner each Week. Each winner will receive the Jackpot, awarded in the form of a check, in the amount as set forth on the Website for that applicable Week, to be paid 2-3 weeks after claiming the prize as outlined in section 4 below.
Potential winners must meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in section 5 of these rules to be deemed the winner and receive the Prize. The winner is responsible for all applicable income taxes. A 1099 form will be submitted to all appropriate taxing authorities, and by signing the Prize Release.
Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries
received in the applicable Week.

CLAIMING YOUR PRIZE:
Each winner must claim his/her prize in person at Hubbard Radio St. Louis, 11647 Olive Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63141, during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.) within twenty-one (21) days of the day he or she wins to verify that he/she is the qualified winner. Failure to comply with this deadline shall be deemed to be the winner's forfeiture of his or her right to claim the prize. Each winner must prove he or she is a qualified winner by presenting identification acceptable to Hubbard Radio St. Louis (e.g., state drivers license; state issued identification card; valid passport with address verification; or birth certificate with social security card and photo identification and address verification). If a winner cannot prove he or she is a qualified winner, another name will be randomly drawn from the eligible entries received.

ELIGIBILITY:
Individuals must be 18 years or older to be eligible to win and residents of Missouri or Illinois. In order to be eligible to win a prize in this contest, you cannot have won and accepted any prize or combination of prizes with a total stated value of $1,000.00 or more from any Hubbard Radio station (106.5 The Arch, 92.3 WIL or 101 ESPN) within 90 days prior to the awarding of a prize to you in this contest. Employees of Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., Hubbard Radio, WARH-FM, LLC, WIL-FM, LLC, and WXOS-FM, LLC, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, parent or related companies, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. Any one participating in this contest or claiming a prize in this contest in violation of these rules will be disqualified from participating in Hubbard Radio contests for a period of one year.

RELEASE; CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS,
VOICE AND ADDRESS:
The winner must execute an affidavit of eligibility. The winner (a) agrees to release and indemnify Hubbard Broadcasting, Inc., Hubbard Radio, WARH-FM, LLC, WIL-FM, LLC, and WXOS-FM, LLC (including their officers, directors, employees and subsidiaries, affiliates, parent or related companies) from and against any and all liability, claims, damages and actions arising directly or indirectly out of or sustained in connection with the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize(s), (b) agrees that no sponsors or agents have made any representation, warranty or guaranty relative to the prize, and (c) consents to the use by the sponsors of this contest for promotional purposes only of her likeness and/or voice, and address (city and state) without any additional compensation. By participating in this contest, each participant agrees to the application of these official rules. By accompanying the winner, a winner's guest agrees to be bound by the terms of these official rules, including the preceding release.

MISCELLANEOUS:
Decisions of the sponsors concerning any and all matters with respect to this contest shall be final. The sponsors reserve the right to change these rules, as well as the terms and conditions of this contest, without notice. If the sponsors determine in their sole discretion that the integrity or fairness of this contest has been corrupted in any manner, the sponsors reserve the right to terminate the contest and to select a winner from among entries legitimately received prior to termination. The sponsors reserve the right to change the prize values at any time, or to substitute prizes of comparable value. Contest void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. The sponsors are not responsible for printing errors in the contest materials or these rules.
